Before the cop can demand anything from you, he has to tell you why he stopped you. Don't just fucking give him your driver's license if he doesn't tell you why he's stopping you.
If he says "do you know why I stopped you?", just question him back and say "why did you stop me?". If he asks "do you know how fast you were going?", don't incriminate yourself, instead ask him "how fast was I going?".
With all that said, be reasonable, don't be an edgelord, the less memorable the experience is for the cop, the easier it is to raise reasonable doubt if you do go to court.
Also remember that everything the cop says can also be used against them in court. I've had a cop ticket me because the car in front of me was speeding and I was following it, she got all passive aggressive when I demanded to see the laser reading and said "you have to go to court for that buddy", so I went to court and got acquitted because she was being passive aggressive and didn't have a leg to stand on.
Another time I got a ticket for driving with expired insurance papers (I did have insurance, just not the updated paperwork in the car), and the the cop said "I trust you, so I'll just write you a ticket instead of impounding your car". I went to court and the judge considered the ticket to be clearly BS if the cop trusted me enough to let me drive away, and I got acquitted.

I've been pulled over twice and that's the exact conversation I've had both times.
A third time was for an expired registration, which was their fault for sending it late, and I went in front of the judge wearing a nice solid color shirt and not-jeans and showed them the postmark on the DMV envelope and he waived the ticket so I just had to pay the renewal fee.

Speedo inaccuracy isn't going to get you out of a 15 over ticket. 20 or over are the money-makers. 15 and over are the bread-and-butter. Anything under 15 in a non-residential zone is not worth the time or effort to stop. If you're going 70 in a 50 the cop is still likely going to issue a ticket and tell you to get your speedometer tested because they're banking on the fact it wasn't 20 off.

Our hunting laws suck. In Pennsylvania it's bolt-action, lever-action, pump-action, or muzzle-loader. Also a warden can stop you for any reason and strip your car's interior without a warrant in a search. Also no loaded rifles in your car or else you get charged with some weird "intent to poach" type law. We have a goddamn flintlock season that's moderately popular, for fuck's sake.
Our driving laws are pretty based, though. Only state troopers are allowed to use radar guns. Local police can almost never nail you for speeding since the other methods are so easy to get out of being convicted for since they aren't nearly as scientific as radars. Once for tags being out of date(sticker fell off and I got the ticket removed), and for speeding 20mph over. The cop ran my info and then told me to slow down and let me go.
Another time I was doing 30 over and a cop in the lane coming towards me turned his lights on, I slowed down, he turned them off, and then shook his head at me and gestured in a way that implied to slow down and we passed.

You CAN get in trouble if you issue far too few tickets compared to the last 2 officers who worked your shift, but there's a fair amount of wiggle room, and they don't care if you're off once or twice a year.
They're trying to weed out lazy officers, not punish good people. This is why dash cams are required on all LEO vehicles.
Just be polite and concise and most fo the time, unless you were doing something dumb and dangerous, you'll get a written warning.
