I went to a free concert in 2013 in the Djurgarden park in Stockholm

Nah, not sure about 2013 but that's very much what it was like in my mid to late teens around 2000-2005. I spent a lot of time in Stockholm and Gothenburg on my own, met so many interesting people just by being open and friendly. You don't see much of that now.
