The goal is just to change the expectation.
Women need to be held accountable in the same way that men are held accountable. It's far too easy to manipulate things as a woman, it's difficult not to sometimes because it's so much simpler. I've heard the phrase "playing life on easy mode" thrown around and honestly that's very true.
A lot of women get instantly defensive because we do deal with a lot of unique types of challenges and problems that men don't have to deal with, but there's an equally worrisome male counter to most of them.
Is getting hit on annoying? Yes, and I worry about wierd guys paying too much attention to me.
But men have to worry about coming off as creepy, which isn't something I have to worry about ever.
