They can try, but it's not like EU can kick them out. It would take actual reform for them to be able to do anything about it. It's not even like in Switzerland where they are told to repeat votes to accept shitskins. Hungary is in a position where they can litterally have their cake and eat it too for the time being, stopping such action would only cause more eurosceptism and in one of the few europhile strongholds left, so it's a double edged sword for them.
