Are you familiar with the Supreme Court? The president appoints justices to the Supreme Court, who serve for life, thereby shaping the political landscape for years to come. While Trump can't overturn Roe V. Wade, appointing several pro-life justices (and yes he may have several appointments) would almost guarantee that it's overturned within a generation.
