Even the Toronto Star - which is such a leftist rag that it makes the Guardian look like The National Interest - investigated the matter and concluded that the killings of black youth in Toronto were all done in accordance with the rules of engagement. The cops are innocent. But the black people have to protest anyway, it seems.

Meanwhile, India, Chinese and Latino immigrants all come over and excel academically and fit in culturally within a generation.
