The only social welfare Europeans should have in their nations are for poor native Europeans of their own country and maybe some economic trade deals with less developed Eastern European countries to stimulate the economies and ultimately help the native nation.
A very large amount of money spent each year in France goes to people that do not identify as French, have no allegiance to the country, and grow like an aggressive cancer ready to kill it's host.
