The problem with that is you get stealth mixes. For example it is possible for a 3rd generation Mulatto to have light skin, blonde hair, and blue eyes. This passing White would have an IQ equivalent to that of American Blacks. The collapse of Egyptian, Arab, and Portuguese cultures came immediately following their admixture with Blacks. In the case of Portuguese it's a small admixture, but those IQ points are sorely missed.
