You lost your job and then found underemployment, that's not an existential crisis, that's a backward step in your life that would make anyone feel shitty and quite rightfully so. You are entitled to feel as you're feeling. That being said, hating everything and everyone around you will ultimately lead to self destruction, especially when you realise how much you're projecting.
Keep applying for jobs, rewrite your resume or alternatively get more qualifications.
