You need to start very subtle. Imply degeneracy in the actions of other people displaying those types of qualities without outright saying it. By all means attack their character, dig for any kind of dirt on them and apply traits you know the person dislikes already on them to make them more prone to disliking them. At all times make these suggestions, not outright claims as that tends to invoke a more defensive response.
So for arguments sake, pick up on a hypocrisy or incongruence about the person and use that to undermine their position. Make them lack credibility, and by extension, respect. Once you see them warm to that position, suggest what some of the implications of their position might be and how that might apply to other areas of their life. If they lack integrity on some issues, this can make them seem like a generally untrustworthy person and 'fake' in general, or at least that's the impression you want to give.
Appeal to their nature as women to want to bitch and feel superior, so never relate this to them or about any issues they may have. Rather, do the opposite and praise them for not showing that behaviour and state that one of the reasons you're attracted to them is that they show opposite characteristics to them, therefore it was a surprise that you found out that they liked that person. Never suggest or claim that they shouldn't be a fan or that you disapprove, that will shut you down. They need to make this 'discovery' at their own pace and seemingly of their own free will for it to be more potent and lasting.
Once you've won, you can start applying this to belief systems, behaviours, all kinds of degenerate people/actions. You need to be able to assert things confidently and with authority to be taken seriously however, so make sure you can back up your claim with a statistic or two or follow it up with a news article or opinion piece that you find somewhere.
