I think you mean landmass that we originally conquered from Sweden and Norway.
Besides, it's far from 50% of our landmass considering that we still own Greenland, which technically makes us the 2nd largest country by landmass in all of Europe if you don't count Kazakhstan.
P.S. Just in case I am mistaken, would someone be so kind as to recommend a good toilet cleaning product? Something that takes the elbow grease out of it - no need to be a scrubber too.
