Pro-EU shills are openly arguing people that voted Leave were uninformed, that the referendum results was invalid.

Ironically they demonstrate perfectly why people would want to leave the EU in the first place.

What's next if they manage to derail Brexit ? How pissed would the bongs be ?

didnt you hear? right after the brexit vote the top google search for the UK was, "what is the EU?" that obviously means that everyone that voted brexit didnt know what they were voting on because that's the only group of people that would search that :^)

Of course, but that won't stop them spreading that meme to justify ignoring the referendum results, arguing it was just a prank all along.

They don't. It's another fairy tale figure from unsanctioned exit polling and demographic maps over-laying polling stations.

The average age in the UK is 40. The old and the young weren't the determining factor and don't have the numbers one way or another. It's the middle aged that's the decider.

Better to look at what areas caused things eg big stay vote in London which has 25-34 dominant age group (again not the bleating 18-24 yr old young people) but lots of non whites, liberal attitude, int. business etc.

There was no lie about immigration numbers. We have no control over EU migrants coming to live in this country. This was clearly stated several times, aswell as the fact that half of migrants from non EU still totalled 150k, far higher than what David Cameron promised.

What lie was told exactly?

Lies about turkey? Turkey is most certainly going to join the EU within 10 years. If you think otherwise you evidently have no knowledge of world politics.

Lies about legislation ? The house of commons report found that 59% of current laws were conceived in Brussels. You can debate this figure all you want. But it's true.

No one lied about the Nhs, you normies are so fucking retard. The whole bus thing is saying 'Why give brussels x per week when we can spend it on something for us e.g the NHS'

It's an exciting time to be alive. Stand back, grab popcorn, and watch the nation splitting in half. Had a nice chat with a couple of colleagues from across the UK yesterday (scientists). One of them is scared shitless because he recently won an ERC grant (research funding worth millions) which might be scrapped, another one is high up in the STFC - and they've been explicitly told NOT to have any plans ready for a Brexit because it's STFC policy that Brexit would not happen.

I voted to leave because I want us to be in controk of our own country again, there should not be a super state or a eutopia, especially one ran by the Germans of all people. We are the UK and we are quite evidentally more of an influence rhan the rest of the world expected. We habe the potential to be the largest growing economy in the world without all of these laws and shite holding us back. Why are us normal working class having polls made on behalf of us telling us why we voted, I know very little people who voted because of immigrants and the nhs bollocks.

they do not necessarily have to know that, they could confide themselves to their little bubble and vote remain based on personal experience.

them being ignorant of the EU is irrelavent, simply because they hold the status quo position. they can say the leave campaigners did not convince them that leaving the EU is a good idea. remember the leave camp sought to change the status quo.

I this like arguing that that because an athiest is ignorant of religion X his position is somehow invalidated.

the leave folks shilled the remain folks could be argued did not buy into what they shilled and that is enough to say that would invalidate the position that they are misinformed.

Of course you are because now you have one less country to send your cultural enrichers to, have to prop the EU up on your own when France inevitably leaves and you have to fuck off back to whatever war state you're originally from. Strange how the only people that care Britain is leaving are, immigrants, wannabe immigrants, champagne socialists and the rich. What will we do without them.
>>
>>79172834
Going back on it won't happen. It's just /pol/ retards getting over excited as usual.

What might possibly happen, is we take the economic area bullshit along with free movement. So as far as Remainers go, they are pretty happy, while Leavers don't get what they think they voted for... Because the leave campaign did not give a shit about immigrants or NHS, was literally just a right wing coup.

Now Cameron is out, they'll do whatever they can do appease the bankers and markets rather than risk being known as the ones who destroyed the economy.

Whining is not "undemocratic", retard. No remainer believes it will happen, and most have moved on to acceptance. It's just a few fringe nutters, with other fringe nutters (i.e. /pol/) taking the bait and responding.

As a remainer I kind of hope we'll now go full freedom and become some offshore financial and trade centre, a better switzerland. Relax lots of legislation, bring in cryptocurrencies bizness and other future tech companies who would like less red tape. But the actual leave supporters in parliament have got what they want and are too much pussies to take this new freedom and build something beautiful.

So we'll be stuck with a shitter version of what we had before.

>the intelligent side

no the most convincing side won that is not necessarily the most intelligent side, this is the intrinsic problem of the system: the dominating deciding factor of most people's decision making process, is emotional. though it actually has been shown that this is the case for all people, that emotions are intrinsic to decision making.

emotions stem from subconscious proccesses which we cannot say work in a way that can be deemed logical.

it can be argued that these processes are vulnerable to demagoguery that is vapid, simply due to the fact that they cannot retain a siffiencent degree of abstract information of the kind needed to come to logical conclusions

this and reinforcement properties of the brain is why 4 word or less slogans work so well.

>falling for EU propaganda

I am pro EU for 2 reasons

1. I primarily value stability over "freedom"

2. I see lager states as being inherently more stable than smaller ones. the main reason for this being that humans think on I relativistic way rather than an absolute way, this would mean that a larger state would have to put in more effort to increase its wealth by X percent than smaller ones in zero sum games.

a city for example can just with a few hundred men take over another city and increase its wealth by 100%

for the EU to increase its wealth by 100% it would need to put in all the effort it would take to fight with a country like china, thus the eu would be more reluctant to do so.

my point in saying all this is that I am not some fatuous retard who goes around parroting slogans which were tested on control groups in order to see how effective they'd be.

not necessarily, though given that humans run the system, it is prone to happen, that is why I think it is necessary to ensure that a system of checks and balances is in place and is stable. I think allowing states to veto EU bills is a good thing, because you have a place in the EU like the netherlands which has a large tourist industry.

the main appeal to these tourists is the Netherlands liberties, thus it would be in their interests to maintain said liberties.

I do not want to live in an authoritarian country, but rather I would like to live in a country in were decisions are not dicided based on the wim of a bunch of retards who do not know what they are talking about,

look if I could give up my vote knowing that all the people who are dumber than me would have to give up their vote, than I am for giving up my vote is something I would be in favor for.
