If I were attempting to construct a set of policies that would more acutely harm non-Whites while leavings Whites alone, I would have a lot of trouble coming up with a more perfect platform. Canadians (which ones are still white after you were taken over by China) don't have a reason to skirt our immigration laws to come across our border in such numbers so they can never suffer like those pitiful browns escaping their Third World hellholes.
The fact is the developed world is majority white and the non-developed world is decided not. Any policies that recognize that reality will necessary fall along racial lines accruing benefits and harms to whites/non-whites. The reasoning behind it is unimportant.
