Isn't my definition and yes, because you can't pull up your emails by looking them up on Google and you have to login to access your email account that makes it part of the deep web. There is a reason why the deep web is substantially bigger than the surface web. That reason is because the deep web is mostly filled with things like email or something as simple as company memos.
