I live in south Texas, a particularly blue section of the state, and during the primaries I turned practically my entire hispanic side of my family (which was 24 voting-aged adults in total) to Trumps side. I also stood at the front of the polling station actively asking people who were unsure on who to vote for to ask my why they should vote Trump, and while I can only take their affirmations of voting for him afterwards at face value I believe that I converted over 60 people that day.

Go with your gear, if you have any. This alone may make a few people come up to you on principle alone to call you a racist, or to try and show how idiotic Trump voters are in person. This allows you to show that you are the adult in comparison to other voters if they are just going to yell in your face or, if you are informed about Trump, you can debunk any criticism towards him. And if you don't know his stance on a certain topic admit to it, and if you don't agree with a certain thing that he has said admit to that as well.
