This happened to me literally when I was moving from my house after selling it.
I was on my last u-haul run that I had left from the night before and I didn't even really care about what was in that load, mostly deck furniture and some other furniture that I don't really care about. I could have just walked out of the truck and wandered off and been happy about my situation.
When I was sitting in traffic as the town burned, the only thing that was really unpleasant to me was thinking about how I wish my neighbors had been home because I could have stashed some of their crap.
But also I was feeling really really good about my decision to move to an acreage. Perfect timing.
