I spend so much time in front of this computer and I hate it more with each year. I've started going on long walks (4-6 hours) and feel a lot better than I would overloading myself with information 15 hours a day
The highlight of my life is work, I get as much of it as I can and when I'm not working I'm just anticipating getting back to work.

That is a challenge too. I quit with willpower for the first few days. After that my books arrived and I weaned my focus and attention until the pain subsided into memory. Yes it is physically painful to quit any addiction. I felt like I was losing my mind for the first week and after that I felt nothing but anger at myself for have letting myself get that low.
