Literally nothing you said was accurate. Communism didn't come about last century, it was theorized in the 19th century. That's two centuries ago. Also communism is not a "brand of socialism." According to Marxists, communism is the end result of history, and that socialism is a transitional period between capitalism and communism. Also communism was not "made by Russia." Marx and Engels were German.

I recently found out my highschool friends (now college graduates) are all liberals. One of them literally spouted that real communism had never been tried and he wished white (he's white) people were slaves to blacks as a sort of payback for white slavery. They also used to be christians and are now radical atheists. They claim christianity is evil but islam is a religion of peace l. Two of them are on antidepressants and one almost became a cuck. There probably wouldn't be a cap to one's wealth. He just wouldn't achieve that wealth by simply owning a factory or company and therefore owning by default all the wealth and value the workers produce.
The question of enforcement is answered differently by different people, with some like Stalin saying that mass killing is acceptable, while others like Rosa Luxemburg or Salvador Allende saying that there should always be a rule of law and due process upheld.
