Considering the largest army in Europe is the US, I'm going to go with the Anglosphere.
Most EU countries have little to no army. Nukes aside, the US army would steamroll the EU on their own. Not to mention supreme air superiority. The largest airforce in the world is the US Air Force. The second largest airforce in the world is the US Navy.
It wouldn't be close, Texas could take in the EU without much of a problem.
