No. She didn't do anything different than other Secretaries of State, the Bush admin literally had entire servers wiped clean before the handover to Obama's administration, and you have people like Patraeus literally divulging top secret info on purpose to his mistress for her book and he got a slap on the wrist.

Nothing will happen.

not under the corrupt obama/lynch justice department

no matter though - just don't vote for this criminal and she'll eventually go away

i would agree with you if it wasnt for Comey leading this, and the 150 FBI staff that have been working on this for so long. I just cant see the FBI letting her off the hook for this one, especially if they found anything remotely close to the rumors of whats on her emails.

>If not, many many people will see the USA as nothing more then a banana republic.

that's ridiculous. what she did had no impact on anything ever. also, once you reach that level, you simply are not pursued for minor infractions. Imagine if every new administration turned the fbi and justice department loose on the prior administration. it just isn't done, unless you are Richard Nixon, who tried to use the IRS and FBI to silence his opponents.

President Clinton will continue the progressive policies of President Obama, and the world will be grateful.

So what's to stop Russia or WikiLeaks from leaking every single email, including the ones that complete state secrets, to the entire world?

No. The only reason for Obama to allow the Justice Department to indict her would be if the Democrats needed to overturn the primary election results and have someone else as the candidate.

She was in some danger of indictment when she was briefly losing against Trump in the polls while Bernie was winning, but as long as she's in the lead, she is safe.

>HILLARY VIOLATED RULES THAT WENT INTO EFFECT DURING HER TERM AS SECRETARY OF STATE
Typing that out twice so you might actually read it
>>
>>78808877
I think it unlikely.

First, she may have been sufficiently careful to be sleazy as fuck without ding anything for which she could be indicted. Seems unlikely, but possible.

Or, she may have been sufficiently careful in hiding/destroying evidence that an indictment cannot be supported. Also seems unlikely, but more likely than the first.

Third, the fix may be in. This seems reasonably likely.

What becomes interesting is, if she gets indicted, when?

If she is indicted before the convention, Bernster is the nominee. This is not what the elite Dems want, so IF the administration is unable to block the indictment, or is just unwilling to block it, they may at least try to stall past the convention --once delegates go home, the likely reaction to an indictment would be for DNC to meet and decide what to do, in which case look for Biden to get immaculately conceived.

An alternative would be for Obama to pardon her, but this would be as bad as an indictment, politically. Still, there is one scenario where it might happen -- if Obama wants to knock her aside for Biden or somebody, but there is insufficient evidence to indict, he MIGHT be tempted to smash her with an un-needed blanket pardon as "the decent thing to do, to protect an old friend."

There is no love lost between Clinton and Obama that last scenario grows from that and would be the most entertaining.

But given that the political operatives and the administration absolutely do not want Sanders, none of this can happen until after the convention, when he will have gone to the retirement community.

Hiding basically everything from FOIA,
Keeping an easily hackable device outside of Governmental control that you've used to make drone strikes, lying about it, extorting foreign countries for donations to your 'charity' while lying about it, intentionally obstructing justice by deleting everything, $250,000 speeches that last 10 minutes to banking institutions while publically chastising those institutions, possessing the audacity to question others character while lying about basically everything.
Ladies and gentleman, this is the reason why civil war is inevitable. This person is the embodiment of evil, hippocritical, government and my neighbor has a sign in her front yard supporting her.

>If they dont recommend indictment, they lose respect.
>If they do recommend, they lose influence with government.

what's to stop them from doing what they did to Nixon? leak the info to the press. once the proof is public, she is a gonner, just like Nixon.

the problem is that she has already said it was a mistake, and it appears that nothing terrible was done. It's not like she emailed the names of our spies and they got murdered as a result.

it's all political at this point. if there were a smoking gun we would have heard about it by now. there's no reason for Assange to wait for the election if what he has is clear-cut, and if it isn't it will not change votes if he waits till the end of October.
