Imagine blocks of warehouses, owned by Marlboro, full of top shelf strains being grown industrially and scientifically quicker and cheaper then the average grower can. Eventually, they'd put a lot of local places out of business, and once they had stores and warehouses all over the country, effectively creating a monopoly, they could do whatever they wanted with the market. There would obviously be a black market but I don't think it would be able to compete with huge businesses. Full legalization could end up being bad for the future of weed.
