Two of my favourite things about that brewery is that they deliver their ales to the local pubs on a cart pulled by shire horses, even centuries later.

Haven't had anything from Anchor. I see it all the time, however I tend to avoid anything from California. I try to buy local. Not just country local, but state local as well. In state micros tend to be much cheaper and much fresher. Plus, there's nothing like supporting local industry. That said, I noticed you've recommended Samuel Smith in this thread. One of my go to import brews. Blows my mind that I can pick up bombers of Sam Smith and it tastes fresher than beer imported from Mexico, which always tastes skunked to me. Fuck Mexican beer.
