All in all, it's an idea that will likely only sustain a nation for as long as the soviets had; it ultimately wouldn't last long.
My suggestion to fix it would be to promote a conservative culture, as culture is the best way to promote behavior within a society - not through law.
1969 is a perfect example of an attack on our culture having a damaging change to our society, with it all having left a massive amount of damage on our social order and strength as a people, and as an establishment. The communists, having taken advantage of LSD and so forth to make people more susceptible to the ideas of communism, were able to leave such a lasting and damaging blow to our society, that it is why we are where we are today.
If the 1959 hippie revolution didn't happen, then the feminist bullshit that we see today would have likely not have resulted as it has.
