Russian "senate" (Гocдyмa) passed a bundle of new """""antiterrorist""""" laws by Irina Yarovaya. They discussed it for one day which is actually final day of their work before summer break.

Let's take a closer look.

* New term "Heдoнeceниe" is when you fail to report something to the authorities. It is now a crime punishable by prison.
* A lot of extremism/terrorism articles got harsher sentences, infamous article #282 is now prison time exclusive, no fines, no suspended sentences.
* Organizing a "mass disturbance" is punishable by up to 15 years of prison, advocating for it - 10 years. Peaceful protests? Gee, too bad, into GULAG you go.
* Internet providers and mobile operators are required to store all their user data (i.e. phone recordings and messages) for 6 months.
* More than 10 articles in Criminal Code of Russia have their minimal age for punishment lowered to 14 years old (from 16). Mostly it's about terrorism and extremism (i.e. holohoax denying), but also there is an article for participation in "mass disturbances" (i.e. peaceful protests).
* FSB now have a right to demand key to decrypt user data from internet providers and are no longer have to compensate any damage they do in any operation.
* All missionary activity is banned unless your have a special permission.
* /pol/ approved prison time for helping illegal migrants.

When I said I want Russia to become more like the West I meant less corruption and nepotism in government, not more state surveillance and repression tools.

> New term "Heдoнeceниe" is when you fail to report something to the authorities. It is now a crime punishable by prison.

Good you should report any strange activities any way.
Babyshkas will be proud.

> A lot of extremism/terrorism articles got harsher sentences
Good our prisons are harsh as fuck.
What are you adoring terrorists?
Reported to FSB.

>Organizing a "mass disturbance" is punishable by up to 15 years of prison, advocating for it - 10 years. Peaceful protests? Gee, too bad, into GULAG you go.
Good we need to deal ith mental people some how anyway.

>Internet providers and mobile operators are required to store all their user data (i.e. phone recordings and messages) for 6 months.

Stupid liberashkas dont know that you can literally call your mobile operator and ask him to rpovide "call prints"that more than 2 years old.
Hue dumb niggers.

>More than 10 articles in Criminal Code of Russia have their minimal age for punishment lowered to 14 years old (from 16).
Good, islamic children are brainwashed from the day they sip milk from they mother tit.

> FSB now have a right to demand key to decrypt user data from internet providers and are no longer have to compensate any damage they do in any operation.
They already doing it, but they need to gothru bureaucratic measure for that.
Less bureaucracy less time to prevent terror attack.
Are you in favore of terrorism?

>All missionary activity is banned unless your have a special permission.
Banning scientology church are some how bad?
You are total cuck, comrade.

>/pol/ approved prison time for helping illegal migrants.
You are new there.

Hac eбyт, a мы кpeпчaeм

Number one terrorist in Russia rules Checnya, I don't see FSB doing anything about it. Those laws are not against terrorism, they are tools to suppress people when they will protest.
>>
>>78507762
>islamic children
>282

>due process(I know, it`s more or less laughable if we`re talking about Russia, but still) goes out in favor of "less bureaucracy"

Comrade, come on, it`s not even remotely funny anymore.
>>
>>78508375
Kadyrov is a loyal dog and nothing else.
There's literally no other solution besides exterminating Chechens. Are you suggesting that?
>>
>>78508705
He's not just a loyal dog. For his loyalty Putin gave him a lot of freedom to do as he wants. Chechens and their like are known to break the law and get away with it.

>>78508705
I`d wager he has his own plans for Chechnya, and those plans will likely bite Russia in the ass. Saudi investment drive was a very clear sign.

Chechnya is ours satellite you retarded inbreed nigger.
Who give a fuck what he doing inside his own little country any way?
I am not.

You know shit.
Tell me when was last time when some Russian christian kid blow up some islamic church?
>>
>>78509704
>mention 282
>desperate evasion activated

You and I both know what this particular article is used for.
>>
>>78509704
It's not a country, чepнильницa eбaнaя. It's a republic that is a part of Russia Federation. Russian laws apply to it, mudslime apologist.
>>
>>78509704
Also tell me when was the last time a Muslim was sentenced with 282? This article is used exclusively against slavs.

>Dagestan
>Chechnya
Liberashka is full retard. If Dagestan had a powerful leader like Kadyrov it would be much safer and calmer.
>>
>>78510867
Key problem with this "powerful leader" is, he can turn his back on you any time, and he`s virtually guaranteed to receive support from both Saudi and neocon scum. One of the main qualities of any leader is the ability to think for himself, after all.
>>
>>78509101
No, but answer me, what is Putin supposed to do?
Exterminate them?
Leave them be?
You know well that both options are bad.
>>
>>78511552
Putin is supposed to command FSB to groom a new, more compliant leader. Essentially repeat how Ramzan was made.

>He just meant a sort of idealized West of 30 years ago

It was even then a fairy tale told by Radio Svoboda/Free Europe and Voice of America to dumb working class soviets, which dreamed of living like kings and shiiieeet. Yes, destroy your own country, let go of your sovereignty and you'all be rich and won't have to work anymore. In 2014 they repeated the same with dumb cockholes and look where Ukraine is now, in a shitter. History repeats itself and we learn nothing.

I remember early 90s and a vile hangover from that Perestroika-era propaganda about the glorious West.
>>
>>78513445
Of course there was a vile hangover, what else did you expect out of shlomo overlords but rape?

It`s no reason to deny the freedom of association, for example, or the secrecy of your communications.
You know full well next they`ll go after your freedom of movement.
