Isn't this the best of both worlds?

Britain and the EU destroyed by their hubris. Other countries will learn and shore up their defenses.

won't happen, too many europeans in the uk. both sides will just agree to let people already there stay if they want to.

Czechs are already considering it based on the result.

This isn't the 19th century; the World Trade Organization will still exist after Brexit. It isn't within the EU's power to conduct any beggar-thy-neighbour policies with the United Kingdom, and it isn't within any EU member-state's power either (because national governments in the EU have no control over international trade policy whatsoever). The worst that the EU could do is not sign more new agreements with the UK, which would be a preservation of status quo—and thus obviously not lead to any economic effects one way or the other.

>>78239511
England. Looks like this EUtard is going to threaten you. Just think what the godless bastards would do if they had an army!

What a travesty for the United Kingdom. That'll show 'em.

Well England will still have it's trade with Rhodesia right ??

Perfidious Albion indeed
>>
>>78241852
I was thinking about what the media name for a theoretical french exit from the EU earlier and Frexit (following the Brexit and Grexit trend) just sounds wrong.

Best I can think of is the Fuckit
>>

>>the majority of the richest citizens of every Mediterranean country

Memes, they're just retired people living in the middle of nowhere but at least it's sunny and cheap.
You're a special kind of retarded.

The shills are going all out today.

We're more important than you France so the UK will be fine. Besides I heard those poo in loos are pretty excited about getting new trade deals with the UK.
>>
>>78239511
The domino effect of the the countries that hate the EU having referendums of their own, will destroy investment the EU economy short term.
Why would you hurt yourself with a trade war with that going on.
Seriously, which company would invest in the EU if they couldn't access the UK market.
You would just lose out to the likes of Turkey who are already stealing work from the EU. With the EU's help btw.
Thank the EU for lending Ford the money to move production to Turkey, the next time you're in Brussels.

>>78241944
>both sides will just agree to let people already there stay if they want to
Just like both sides will agree kicking the UK out of the free trade area would be foolish for all involved.
If we vote to leave it will take years to arrange all the details.
It's not as if tomorrow morning the Queen is going to read the result and by the power of her word remove us that instant from the EU.
>>
>>78243071
You should look up and behind you, the point seems to have flown right over your head.

Exiling rich foreign nationals is not economically good. What you're suggesting is akin to Mexico protesting the construction of a border wall along the border with the U.S. by kicking out American tourists. Italy shooting itself in the foot doesn't have any negative impact on the United Kingdom. If there is any impact at all, it's positive—money that had left the country is now coming back.
>>
>>78239511
By the way, if Britain leaves Italy is next.
I can assure you nobody here wants to be part of this fucking travesty anymore, we're just looking for an exuse to get out of this racket.

Are you a briton in holiday ? Holy fuck your opinions are shit
>>

Euroscepticism in Northern Europe seems to come mostly from the political right, and in Southern Europe seems to come mostly from the political left. Weird discrepancy. Is there a reason for this that I'm not understanding, as someone not from Europe?
>>
>>78239511
You should have big riot today. Shut down nuclear plants and go full retard.
>>
>>78243590
>By the way, if Britain leaves Italy is next.
If Italy, Greece and Spain leave, the EU would be better off.

You cancerous faggots are the reason the EU model is so fucking broken.
Common currency only works if governments are responsible with fiscal policy and your shit country along with Greece have ruined this project.
>>
>>78243540
>Exiling rich foreign nationals

That's the part that you got wrong.
>>
Trumps America, along with Russia would trade. Who knows, we might even have something to do with Venezuela soon.
>>
>>78243726
"The World Trade Organization exists" isn't an opinion, it's a fact. It is an objective expression of absolute truth, not an opinion, to state that neither the EU nor any EU member state have the legal capacity to sabotage trade with the United Kingdom. Preferential tariffs and other nationally discriminatory trade barriers were abolished internationally when your Grandpa was as old as you are now.

Unless the European Union plans on joining Turkmenistan and South Sudan outside of the WTO, it isn't possible for them to "make an example" out of the UK following Brexit.
>>
>>78243909
If you say so leaf.
I'll just be glad we'll finally get to shoot at boats like the old times once we're out.
>>
>>78244118
Shoot at boats? Sweet you guys need to hurry up and leave then.
>>

If someone moves to a different country in their retirement because that country has a significantly lower cost of living than their home country, they are going to be wealthier than the majority of the nationals of the country to which they are relocating. The cost of living in country A is proportional to country A's wage scale.

Retired British nationals and wealthier than working Italian nationals.

It's about time the UK removed itself from horse eater scum

The EU was a mistake and a ploy by the US to weaken France and the UK

He's right that Spain would never deport the Brits even if we sent back ever Spaniard.
If you threaten to kick us out of the trade deals we could send back everyone from the EU.
How many countries would retaliate, how many would be upset enough at the prospect to let us stay?

>>78244390
A German centred superstate too bureaucratic to go to war.
The perfect ally for a US dominated world where the major players were bound with NATO.
Every other nation is along for the ride whether they like it or not.
Not that it matter with nearly every member of the EU now in NATO.
We should have made the commonwealth stronger and only invited the majority white nations and little islands.
Instead we got French Romanians putting horse in our frozen meals.
