You're absolutely right. The fathers are usually aloof, serious, physically strong, and busy with work. The moms are very nice, flirty, and they all love their kids and all the other kids. In other words the men are masculine and the women are feminine. Most of the families have 3 or more kids. The kids are all very well adjusted.
