One of the things I like is that in my area they nearly always signal before turning, at least in traffic. Maybe not exactly the official bike turn signals I was taught as a child, but it's obvious what they mean.

Thankfully I live in an alright area (small town in the north of england), so when I do go out on my road bike for cardio, I stick to the left tire mark and people give me plenty of room when overtaking me. Only had one or two people pass dangerously closely and they've been typical white van man dickheads. It's a shame the bike paths around me are either non-existent or designed for mountain bikes (gravel surface)

bike riders are such faggots sometimes. literally riding in the shoulder until i get close and then choose to swerve in the road with no obstacles in site. Riding on the wrong side of the road outside the bike lane after jumping into the road off the pedestrian sidewalk.
I live right next to a main road that I have to join to drive to anywhere.
Its got cycle lanes down both sides of it for a good stretch.
Quite often I have to overtake cyclists in the middle of the road even though the cycle path is right the fuck there.
I also regularly have to avoid people just stepping out into the road, I'm amazed I've only ever seen one accident on this road.
Where do you people live that you have cyclists just running through lights without stopping or just riding in the middle of the road when they're not ebikes?
I have never run into this problem, every cyclist I've ever run into has been like if I saw someone walking on the side of the road.

I live and bike in Hongcouver, I've had a few close calls but not nearly as many as other cyclists because I always obey the rules of the road and just assume every car is going to do the stupidest thing possible. I did punch through some chink's back windshield once after they almost killed me though.

If there are so many people on the sidewalk that the city planners absolutely had to push the bikes onto the street, and then fucking put a tax up out to keep them there, the roads are probably choked with cars so badly that you'd be scraping car doors with your bike handle on one side, and knocking people in the elbow on the other.
