Lets say there is a scenario where Russia nuked the whole US and shoots all warheads that the US shoots down. Russia would be the superpower of the whole world and no country would be in the way. China would side with the Russians and other countries that were neutral would choose to side with Russia too to be in the winning side. With only some small amount of US soldiers in outside US can't really save Europe when Putin invades
