They let me in when I said that I just wanted to use the photocenter, and then at the photocenter the guy asked me for my membership card. I had to be a member to use the shit.
I debated signing up to be a member, using the photocenter, and then immediately demanding a refund. They let you do that you know. You can cancel your Costco membership for no reason and get your money back.

I lived in the Philippines and they have S&R which copies the membership model of Sams Club/Costco. Most of the stuff is actually bought in bulk in those stores in the US and imported. My mind was blown when I was able to purchase pizza rolls and other shitty frozen microwave food there.
