By essence the judge is an anchor baby. His father was never a citizen of the US and his mother did not get her citizenship until 18 years after Judge's father died.
Trump says he wants to do away with "anchor babies" and send all illegals back. Essentially Trump stands for everything this judge has known his life to be. I would have a hard time to say anyone that would be in the same situation would be fair and impartial.
