Depends, on the summer evening yes. Most of the time however not. I live in a renoavted commie block, new elevators, new elevation, new paint all flats are renovated so it's a nice place to live but i rember time when everything was still post commie. It has a special feel but it's not that comfy when you're living as a poorfag in a communistc country with no hopes for the future. There are far better places for comfy living that commie blocks.

All rationalizations aside, the real reason for these commie blocks is because they are the absolute cheapest, most effective way to shove as many people into as little square footage as possible.
They minimize the amount of exterior wall while maximizing the number of inhabitants. When you live in a third world country, as all communist or socialist countries are, and the govt can barely afford the $0.30/hour wage construction workers make, you have to get the biggest bang for your buck possible.

having lived in both i can say its nicer to live in a middleclass plastic amerishack but commieblocks are both better economically and comfy as fuck. also i feel much better in case there is a war or something this thing could probably handle a decently close nuclear blast and as a /pol/ack thats important to me. the lack of privacy isnt that great though my neighbor keeps getting cucked and i have to listen to both the moans and the fighting in the middle of the night
