Yus. I rename all of the provinces I conquer to have germanic names. There's a province in Newfoundland that had a name very close to 'placenta', so I just named it 'Plazenta'. The 'Armee von Plazenta' formed in Plazenta to repel any natives, as I'm colonizing the area.

Trips demand an answer. I started out as Brandenburg, then sucked a whole lot of Austrian and Hungarian cock to get alliances with both, which I used to BTFO the Teutonic Order and Polen. I then formed Prussia as soon as possible. Once you form Prussia, you just need to improve your administrative capabilities a bit before you can form Deutschland.
