Diversity Analysis =/= Diversity Hate
There is no such concept as "unicultural" in modern societies.
What people are criticizing are:
1.) Those that are trying to create an uniculture while claiming it's because they love diversity [see Liberal Conformity Bias, Forced-integration, Coerced False Integration].
2.) The few cultures that don't want to mix and are violently opposed to cross-cultural relations:
- Violent/Segregational Tribal/Tribalistic Cultures
- Cults
3.) Those that wish to exploit the term "minority", claiming automatic oppression, and fabricate issues in order to demand special entitlements.
4.) Those that wish to exploit the above, claiming diversity and minority problems are their problems, when they are just exploiting them for social status points via false altruism.
We can have "E Pluribus Union" only when there are positive, balanced, honest relations, not when people are demanding SPECIAL RIGHTS instead of Critical Justice.
Social Justice as a movement has become the antithesis of Critical Justice, which is Justice that serves all people equally and fairly, for the betterment of everyone.
Shifting priorities, exploiting crisis, manipulating statistics, giving special rights, etc... just makes things worse, not better.
For justice to success, people require less power to abuse, more freedom from labels, and more personal accountability.
