Heavily depends. My own town near Denver is 90% white, but, like many urban areas in the country, Denver is the source of most high-income jobs AND has tons of shitskins. Former NM fag here. New Mexico has low taxes, good gun laws, and decent job market. Falls short in terms of weather (warm pretty much all year) and being mostly white. NM's like half Mexican. I will say, though, that the Mexicans in NM are much more assimilated than in my Midwestern home state.
