I watched this like 3 times before catching カント written at 0:45 so I at least know you're not bullshitting; and the slide immediately before that shows trump standing in front of swastikas. That said, I have a superficial understanding of the language, have never seen this english word ever used by a nip in katakana, and when i google it all i get is emmanuel kant. Other than these slides the video seems pretty pro Trump, and nips were on the nazi side at one point so maybe that's a plus for them, explaining the swastikas? Even if it does mean cunt, it could be like "sick cunt" or something else positive. I don't know.
