The entire point of cf is to point out the novelty seeking rare degenerate extremes and try to say "hey look everyone is into this now" which doesn't work because you can show any of his videos to people and they recoil in horror.
I had to stop watching him after marathoning through 85 episodes of his podcast over a month, it's just not reality and makes you less prepared to deal with the average real person making arguments. The statistics are true, the rest is exaggerated paranoia and apocalypse preaching.

I live in Los Angeles, these "degenerate extremes" cases are not cherry picked, its common here especially in areas with very liberal arts colleges like CAL ARTS in Santa Clarita.
