USD was worth 75RUB about a year and a half ago. Dunno how Russian economy and finance has evolved from the shock of oil prices but you should not need to worry about your currency for the time being. If they managed to keep it somewhat steady, I'd say the RUB might be a good investment when oil prices go up again.
