Turns out if there is a domestic violence call cops can't leave without arresting somebody (apparently there were too many cases of cops leaving then the aggressor killing the person who called the cops.)
I filled for divorce as soon as I got out of the magistrate's. She wanted to get back together and I said absolutely no way. Then she starts posting all this shit online about how she was beaten YET AGAIN (her first husband did this to her as well) and now I pay her 1075$ a month only get to see my son every other weekend, and she gets to live in the house that I bought.

Not yet, but there have been random shootings around where I am at, all seem to be connected, but with no real motive apparent. Police were out in force for a few days. Things got quiet, and they settled down a bit. This country is violent.
There is a need for arms. These fuckers get a hold of them illegally, and legal gun-owners like myself are tied up and left with fewer options to defend me and mine, than some fucker who doesn't give a shit.

Third: A gun is fucking expensive, REALLY expensive, a Glock tends to be priced at 1000USD and a box of rounds (9mm) around 30USD. Fourth: A citezen has no permition to carry a gun, only to have one. So you can't carry your piece around, no open or concealed carry.
It's fucking stupid. I'm an ex-military and I got a Taurus PT-99 after a lot of struggle with the system.
