The whole point is that you actually improve over time, so you work 9-5 doing whatever, learn skills and become a professional (always work a career, never work just "jobs") and then as you gain experience you can learn how to run your own business, make your own investments and slowly shift towards making more money and having more spare time as others run your business for you.
