You miss some other muslim groups in Russia. For example tatars. The only(and total minority) tatars who try to do shit are funded by roaches and they are as an ethnicity can't be considered as a threat. They are pretty civilized(google Kazan, the core of Tatars, 47,6% of population and 48,6% are Russians) and even try to do high-tech things(although it should be noted that this region also heavily financed by Federal government). Many of muslim ethnicities in Russia aren't extremists(they live for a centuries under control of European empire and wasn't hardly oppressed). Also It's interesting that Middle-Asian republics were relatively stable under Soviet and Russian Empire control.
