I hate the Thalmor, but the stormcloaks are only helping them by weakening the Empire. If you read the Thalmor Dossier on Ulfric, you can see that he was tortured and lied into beliving that his information which he gave to the thalmor led to the downfall of the imperial city. He went back to skyrim and tried to start a rebellion to kick the thalmor out of skyrim, but only ended up helping them.
