If they're still hostile after that.

If they don't answer you have reason to suspect they're rogue or impersonating cops and therefore have the right to non lethaly defend yourself. Your rights to kill someone are very rare.

Realistically you should never fight the police because it will never go your way. Take the legal route if your rights have been violated like a civilized person would. If you fight back, you're just gonna get yourself killed. See the 60 year old man who got killed on his own property for OC'ing a gun when police came to the wrong address.
