Guys.. I'm scared. There's no way Trump can beat Hillary in November.

Believe me, I'm all for him. I want to be there first-hand to experience all of the butthurt when he's elected, both online AND offline. Even then.. there's just no way I can see him winning. I cannot realistically visualize the poll results with Trump coming out on top.

Can you guys convince me otherwise? Because she seems unbeatable at this point, especially with the whole "first female president" ideal going for her. I just can't see how Trump can win.

There is a way. We must consolidate the support of the groups that like him (Jews, Christians, white working class males, a minority of blacks and legal Mexicans). We must split the leftist vote.

i don't even have a preference of who wins, but this 'uneducated' meme really bothers me, why do libs think they're so enlightened?

Hillary/Trump would be fucking amazing. An actual leader and a meme VP and potential president if Hillary dies. Is this dream but a meme?
>>
Of course he won't win. But Hillary will have the lowest approval rating of any new President ever and it will only go downhill from there. I'm predicting she gets censured and then there are movements in Congress toward impeachment by her third year.
>>
>>76688774
Did the (((press))) have any control when Trump starting raging at Jeb and the audience about 9/11 and GWB being president when the WTC fell? You never know what will be said in these debates and how they will affect the election.

>>76689121
People watching debates have already made up their minds. They trot out those clueless "undecideds" to make it look otherwise, but the truth is is that most who vote do so along party lines.

But Trump is a media genius and is making friends everywhere. He's our hero and everybody loves him. Just look at all the love from Democrats and Republicans everywhere.

For the sake of that that's left on this earth that's still worth a damn, just don't give up. Trump himself said "If you're a quitter, you're not gonna make it."

If Clinton does indeed win you can expect the percentage of whites to drop well below 50% quite fast. Perhaps earlier than the projected faithful date of 2042. Your children will grow up in a country that is only a mockery of what it was in 1950. Whites will be demonized. Males will be demonized. Your jobs will be shipped to third world landfills and nobody will care that you're jobless. Feminism will be more prevalent than ever since men will hardly be able to support themselves, so you can kiss the family unit goodbye. The world will sink into a dull and primitive state slowly.

That's the reality we face. And whatever it takes to overcome a few percentage points today is worth getting a beautiful tomorrow. So don't give up, anon.

Take heart. You act as if Trump has no chance. If you only went to RealClearPolitics, you would know the truth. Look at the graph, a meager three points.

But to give my sermon, I will lift your heart. Do you not recall how many predicted Trump will not make it? How they said he could not become the candidate? How he himself said he may drop out and go third party?

Then, how he solemnly swore not to. How he decided to win. Watching as one by one, the many republican candidates fell. No one could make it. Carson? Christy? Even when Cruz and Kasich teamed up, no one could stop him.

You just have to believe. He made a promise to make America great again. He has achieved so much when everyone thought he would fail. He will achieve here again. He may not make America great, but he will do a lot better if you're there to support him.

c'mon, nigger... I thought you were better than that. You should know by now how this goes. Also, Americans aren't going to elect a woman president --- that shit is laughable as fuck. She's presumptive nominee because literally anyone would have won over Boynie.

You also have to remember that there's a BIG difference between all the faggots on the internet and public media who play their loudest voice bullshit game, and the people who ACTUALLY go out and vote at the polls. People don't have a Historical Magic Negro candidate to vote for now; just some scum-ass woman. I wouldn't worry about the results.
>>
Trump has to make it or all of you white American males are dead. The ones with German ancestry first, since Clinton assumes you are nazis and all voted Trump. However the rest of you will soon follow. If you can't show enough solidarity to elect someone who won't kill you as a group, then maybe whites weren't meant to survive in the USA.

I think it will be close, but he will have a good chance of winning. Especially if she gets indicted, obviously, or:

1. another terrorist attack. more than one, especially one here, even more.
2. hard evidence comes out and is actually disseminated by the press involving Bill's shenanigans--more women coming out of the woodwork, especially famous ones like ones he worked with in government....who knows.

3. Trump steps up his game and smoothes his rough edges. We will still like him; we will know it's calculated. But the normies who feared him before will begin going "oh, he's not so bad. You know that Hillary is really shady..."

etc. In a lot of ways, I believe it is up to Trump. He needs to unbend a little. Turn on the charm. Act, don't react. Now is the time to do that boring shit, because it will work.

http://www.lifedaily.com/19-very-interesting-facts-about-bill-clinton/12/

http://www.clintonmemoriallibrary.com/clintbodycnt.html

Bill Clinton has ties to a human sex trafficker, is a serial adulterer, and a saxophonist.

Hillary Clinton takes oodles of money from Big Pharm companies, is in the pocket of Wall Street Execs, and appears to be running to redeem her image from abused wife to feminist icon, a ploy of liberalism that disguises any of her nietzchean will to power as a modern female virtue.

There are plenty of allegations of corruption, censorship, and fascist abuses of government resources on this dynamic duo.

/pol/ help bring this to light, and PLEASE help me figure which of these claims are not just nutjob conspiracy theories but evidenced claims.

plz discuss
>plz talk about the alleged murder for hires and coverups ordered by the Clintons, im having trouble separating fact from fiction

No. You're doing exactly what they want you to do.
he deal is that in the 2012 and 2008 elections, the turnout was only 55%, with college graduates voting at about 75-80% and highschool graduates and highschool dropouts voting at much lower percents.

most current predictions and polling organisations will be looking at these previous demographics who are likely to vote and tehy will be looking at them in those propotions.

They are extrapolating the past into the future.

However when an election seems close or important people vote at higher turnouts.

Educated people, who are more anti-trump, already have high voter turnout. there is not much potential for them to gain votes more than they already have.

However IF trump can achieve enough energisation, and enough mobilisation of the less-educated voters, then he'll be able to achieve unprecedented victories.

There is some tentative evidence that he is able to do that.
The fact that republican primary voter turnouts have been something like 25% higher than former years for instance.

It's a long shot, but if Trump can keep the campaign high energy and get everyone who supports him to turn out, he could make it happen.

The key is that he needs to remain high energy.
make people inerested, excited, motivated to vote and get their country back.

people saying "it's hopeless" will hinder this. People won't vote if they think that they've already lost and their vote won't turn it around.

So you need to counter pessimistic messages.
Trump needs to continue his media domination
Trump needs the republica party to get him funds to do a strong ad campaign.

It's difficult but possible.
>>
Hillary's main voterbase are 1) women 2) minorities 3) white cucks. Eliminate these groups and you may win.

except those aren't new voters. the vast majority (90%+) of "new" trump primary voters voted in the past several general elections

http://www.politico.com/magazine/story/2016/05/donald-trump-2016-polling-turnout-early-voting-data-213897

couple this with the projection that whites are projected to be 2% less of the total voting share than they were in 2012, and trump basically need 30-40 million white men to turn 18 in the next few months (all within ohio, pennsylvania, and florida) to win the election.

projections for voting share here

More bad news for Trump: "missing White voters" mostly live in solid Red states. There aren't that many of them in swing states:

Trump has already done some pretty great things for the whites. Obviously if he wins its better then if he looses, but whites have definitely become more tribal, trust in the media has fallen, and the riots at his rallies clearly show the dangers of the brown horde.

Not to mention if Hilldog wins, that means more shity trade deals, more Muslims Aloha Snackbaring, and angrier white people.

The longer Trump is in the countries eye, the better.
>>
>>76687345

>You seriously could not pick a more terrible candidate than this bitch

and yet you did. hillary clinton is the most unpopular presidential candidate in US history - except for donald trump.

what's even funnier is this has happened before. this is exactly what happened with harry reid and sharon angle. harry reid was massively unpopular, and would have lost his 2010 re-election to any reasonable, sane republican candidate. instead the republicans nominate sharon angle - the absolute craziest, stupidest, worst candidate possible, and harry reid wins re-election.

I sure as fuck don't trust any sort of polling until at the very least the heat of the season has started.

Trump is just trying to heal the party right now and gathering his army while Hillary still hasn't shooed the jew.

We finally are starting to see some heads bang but we will get our true first glimpse of the general after the democratic convention.

Case in point.

.... then you don't understand the image, and you didn't read the article. trump supporters are the ones implying a link between primary and general election turnout ("of course he will win! he got record turnout in the primaries!") the article refutes that, showing that these aren't new voters.

i don't disagree that the claim that trump has brought millions of 'new' voters is dubious, if we take 'new' to mean people who didn't vote last election

but 10% of 15 million is still 1.5million, so surely the claim of 'millions' isn't far from the truth?

and why isn't a massive upswing in primary turnout not indicative of a probable upswing in general election turnout? has anyone done a regression analysis showing the correlation between primary turnout and election turn out in the same year?
>>
>>76702515
>i don't disagree that the claim that trump has brought millions of 'new' voters is dubious, if we take 'new' to mean people who didn't vote last election
that is how most people interpret "new voters", although you could argue that adding millions of new voters to the primary process (which people generally do not care about) indicates an advantage in voter enthusiasm. and the polls support this idea as well - from that fox poll, among voters who are extremely or very interested in the election, trump leads 45-41.

>but 10% of 15 million is still 1.5million, so surely the claim of 'millions' isn't far from the truth?
depends on where they are for the most part. the image i posted shows the major swing states (that is why i use that image), and 6%-8% increased republican turnout in a swing state could be very big.

>and why isn't a massive upswing in primary turnout not indicative of a probable upswing in general election turnout?
as i mentioned, you could conclude there is an enthusiasm advantage from trump. but to say that millions of people who have not voted in at least a decade will come out to vote for the least popular candidate in US history (or second least) is not realistic. the people who vote in primaries are the ones who care about politics and like the candidates. the ones who only vote in november are the normies who only vote if they can get a few hours off of work.

> has anyone done a regression analysis showing the correlation between primary turnout and election turn out in the same year?
not that i have found, but if you find one i would like to see it.

>Democrat turnout is massively down
>independents statistically lean more toward Trump, in fact it's his strongest area
>Hillary is the second most disliked candidate in US history, making any hate toward Trump a lot less meaningful
>US parties haven't had 3 consecutive administrations for several decades

Trump is winning this. All the Republicans will fall in line behind Trump. Democrats fell in love with Sanders, they won't turn out in significant number to support the establishment status quo, a corporate puppet that is about as exciting and trustworthy as my ass.

People can keep spamming threads about how Hillary is going to win no matter what to break morale, as they have done for the entirety of the Republican primaries but it's not gonna change much.

>Trump will never run
>Trump won't win any states
>Trump is done after Iowa
>Trump will never get the majority of the delegates
>Trump will lose at a brokered convention
>Trump will never beat Clinton

etc., etc. It's been the same song and dance since the beginning, but the media narrative has been inconsequential for the entire thing.

People need to stop bumping these shill/concern trolling threads, or you will keep seeing them on the front page every day.

Trump wins- Hill supporters with the big money behind their cause rise up and secede

Hillary wins- Bernie and his fanatic supporters attempt a communist coup a la Russian October revolution. Trumpers form a sort of "freikorps" and along with the military make trump president of what's left of the US

Think of it this way. The US hasn't been this divided since the Lincoln election before the confederate uprising and we all know what happened there only this time it won't just be everyone vs a few toothless southern slaveholders it will be Half the US population vs half the US population

>>
>>76697383
>except those aren't new voters. the vast majority (90%+) of "new" trump primary voters voted in the past several general elections

Even the ones who aren't actually new voters to the General Election most likely were Democrats and Independents prior to this, which most likely steals a vote from Democrats, and adds one to the Republican nominee. Trump said from the beginning that he would get the Reagan Democrats on his side.

>couple this with the projection that whites are projected to be 2% less of the total voting share than they were in 2012
Demographics =/= voter turnout, and yes, Romney failed to appeal to whites significantly, Trump is tapping into that vote since whites are still a huge portion of the country.

http://www.usnews.com/news/blogs/at-the-edge/2015/09/08/the-white-vote-the-rise-of-donald-trump-shows-it-may-be-returning
>"If the 'white vote' had shown up in the same percentage and voted for Romney in 2012 as it voted for McCain in 2008, Romney would have won. Obama got many fewer votes in 2012 than he got in 2008. The difference-maker was, a lot of white voters stayed home," Limbaugh said in the spring of 2013.
>Political commentators with conservative media organizations have said for two years now that between 5 million and 10 million disaffected white voters stayed home in 2012 -- and that if Romney had won 63 percent of the white vote (instead of 59 percent), all other voter demographics would not have mattered.
>"Romney was not able to connect with white voters who were so turned off by [his] campaign that they abandoned the GOP and in many cases stayed away from the polls altogether," the Washington Examiner's chief political correspondent, Byron York, wrote in 2013. "As many as 5 million white voters simply stayed home on Election Day. If they had voted at the same rate they did in 2004, even with the demographic changes since then, Romney would have won."

White men have shown a total lack of planning and any real grasp of strategy for the better part of the last 80 years, and modern white men are even more lackluster than their predecessors.

So what I'm trying to say it: Trump will lose, spectacularly.

White men ALLOWED women and sub-humans to take over every single important position of power, while they went off and spent their money and time on stupid fucking hobbies, and idiotic jobs in the Trades so they could make friends with Mexicans.

Kikes, women, and minorities CONTROL:

1. Education
2. Law
3. Politics

7. Finance
8. Tech Entrepreneurship

Not in the slightest.

Historically, the GOP primary turnout has nearly always been less than the Democratic one. To boot, there has been LESS Democratic turnout and more GOP turnout this season. Also, so many new people are registering to vote just because Trump.

My mother, brother, and sister have never voted before and all had me register them so they could vote (too bad it was already after the primary for my current state of residence, Ohio).

There's a YUGE uptick for Trump, and a YUGE downward slide for $Hillary.

Hello Rebbit.

The point is that he's not a Ted Cruz where he's extreme on a lot of positions, he's actually fairly moderate on plenty lot of issues, and a lot of people agree with or don't mind the positions he's not moderate on. So this idea that people will pick the boring establishment puppet just because they think she's "moderate" is idiotic. Hasn't really worked well in 2008 when Obama was portraying himself as the revolutionary with extreme positions against the "moderate" Republicans.

>>76711016
>need to shut down the internet
He never said that, he was talking about extreme terrorist groups like ISIS.
>>
>>76710963
Well maybe so, but certainly the perception of him is one of a far right extremist, and chances are that perception will stick. So he won't be seen as a moderate by the masses, in all likelihood.

I guess it's more of a matter of whether he can change that perception or not.

Or if Americans don't really care about who is more generally appealing this cycle. Which is certainly possible. It's been an interesting election so far, so I don't think anything is impossible.
>>
Trump cannot win because he's there to be "Guy-Who-Is-Wrong-About-Everything." His role is to be largely disliked and then to say a few true things so that they're discredited, and then to act as a threat so that Hillary can be the solution. He's there to be a cartoonish representation of what Clinton supposedly fights, and so that they can say, "Suck it up and vote for her or Trump is coming."

>So he won't be seen as a moderate by the masses, in all likelihood.

>in all likelihood

All we have to go on, unfortunately, is that at this point he's the most popular republican primary candidate -ever-.

In addition, Hillary cannot successfully debate *anyone*, *ever*, no matter how slavishly obedient they are. If you have to play the sexism card against the most beta submissive in the history of submission, you know you're in trouble; and she's said she's looking forward to debating Trump.
>>

>They already do that.
No, they do not.

He can't win because he only represents the white middle class+. Which is rapidly shrinking thanks to Obama.

Trump supporters are shit out of luck.

>See my response to that below.

You're just trying to push a narrative. Every one one of your posts is shilling for Hillary. Sure, some people will be upset by some of the things he said, but that hasn't stopped him from winning the primary, and it won't stop him from winning the GE. If anything his anti-establishment platform will only help him against the boring "moderate" establishment platform that is Hillary. Again, I remind you that it was one the reasons Obama won in 2008.

You don't get it right ? You still think votes are important. Trump only exists as the "bad guy" to make hillary's saviour narrative look better. People don't have any say in the matter.

I'm not sure if you watched the Democratic debates, but I watched all of them, and she pretty much kicked Sanders ass every time. She's a skilled debater and has been doing it since a teenager. Trump on the other hand, can't seem to debate without resorting to childish insults and almost never gives a substantive response to anything. Both Trump and Sanders are far better at singularly addressing crowds rather than responding to pointed questions and in the moment attacks. He needs to fully control the stage to really shine.

I'm not "shilling" for anyone. I'm just skeptical. Honestly who do you think I'm trying to convince? The droves of Trump cultists that hang out here? No. I'm seeing if you can convince me. And you haven't.

So far the most compelling evidence is the primary model, but unless I can see why they decided to arbitrarily pick NH and SC (and it makes less sense since the GOP and Dem SC primaries aren't on the same day unlike the NH and Iowa primaries), I'm still skeptical as to why I should assume that model is correct this time. I want to understand its methodology, and the links I'm reading on the site aren't helping very much.

No shit, you uneducated faggot. Now actually go learn what "Freedom of the Press" means.

Seriously, you're acting as if "bill of rights means NO LIMITATIONS!"

You're a retarded nigger.

I suggest YOU look up the burden of proof required to make a case for "libel," which requires showing malicious intent, which is how the Press always gets off.

That's what Donald wants to crack down on. If you weren't such a faggot, and did some research, you would fucking know this.

>I'm not sure if you watched the Democratic debates,

Yup. I felt embarrassed for her continuous failure. Even though the woman has destroyed five or so countries I still remember how she used to be decently cool, so I feel more pity for the low she's sunk to.

The only tactics she had:
1: Make falsehood about Bernie and force him to correct it.
2: Make a vague passive aggressive rhetorical flourish.

The woman cannot debate anyone, ever.

>She's a skilled debater and has been doing it since a teenager.

She must have lost that skill by the point of this election cycle, since she has no skill, a very slow wit and no tactics beyond a tendency to make falsehoods.

Oh, and though this wasn't to me...

What is so hard about kicking the ass of a deranged socialist mummy?

I didn't watch the Dem debates, but if $Hillary did NOT kick his ass, then there'd be something fucking seriously wrong with her.

It's not hard to point out blatant stupidity.

Case in point--everyone replying to you.

I could just as well say the same. Who are you to trying to convince when you say there's no chance of winning even though people have been saying the exact thing before the Republican primaries even started?

I would say the primary model which has been accurate since 1912 and all those arguments >>76705656 >>76707054 are compelling enough.

The burden of proof is on the accuser. Trump is the one who has to prove malicious intent.

Political speech has been highly protected historically in Supreme court cases. I don't think calls for censoring the press because they weren't nice enough to Trump would be considered constitutional.

Because they feel threatened by the slightest contention.

The problem is that if I want my "views challenged" I'll just go to all the other media sources that are basically controlled by Clinton shills and that have been saying the same thing about Trump for months and being wrong about his prospects the entire time. Go to /r/politics if you want to push a narrative about how the Trump University scandal somehow destroyed his campaign while most of the electorate doesn't actually give one single iota of shit about it. If anything /pol/ is a "TRUMP BTFO" "/pol/ BTFO" "DURR SURELY CLINTON WILL WIN TOTALLY NOT BIASED HERE" hugbox as of late because of people like you.

Again, I'm not trying to convince anyone. And I'm didn't say "there's not chance of winning". I said I'm skeptical. And I've already said why I'm skeptical about the primary model. But let me state further:
There is no clear methodology.
The methodology I have found states that they use early primaries to make predictions, but seem to have chosen NH and SC arbitrarily. NH and IA I would understand as they are the earliest and held on the same days (SC GOP and Dem primaries were not, which adds an extra variable that doesn't seem to need to be there).
There is no press on any predictions happening before 2008, and any model can be made to work retroactively.
The site has blank links. Some links lead to a reddit AMA. In the Reddit AMA, when asked about his methodology, the professor links back to the primary model press page that doesn't describe the methodology in any more detail.

It's compelling, but there are good reasons to be skeptical of it too.

Again, you're strawmanning. I realize I'm asking you questions that make you feel uncomfortable, but I don't create threads here, barely post to be honest, and never troll. I'm not here to "push a narrative". I'm here to see if someone can convince me that I'm wrong about my assumptions. If you don't want to do that, you're free to ignore me. No one is forcing you to engage.

I suspect anyone who is calling me a dumbass is doing so because they feel threatened and don't have real arguments. People resort to ad hominem attacks when they need to feel right, but can't come up with a better reason as to why they are. Pretty standard human behavior.

it is literally impossible to know who will win. the only time you will know who wins is when the winner is announced. at this exact moment, it is impossible to prove that trump will win, or that he will lose.

Not at all. Bernie is more of a natural enemy of Trump than Hillary, and Bernie is the one with more inflammatory SJWish rhetoric.

>Bernie is more of a natural enemy of Trump than Hillary

Why? They're both anti-establishment, their views on trade and foreign policy have more similarities, Trump said he wanted to make the Republican Party the "Worker's Party" and Bernie's campaign was similar aimed at the working-class and the middle-class, etc. One of the reasons he didn't win is because he couldn't get enough minorities to vote for him. Blacks mostly voted for Clinton.

>more inflammatory SJWish rhetoric.
No that would be Clinton. Bernie has tried to stay away from identity politics aside from a few comments here and there, while Hillary's entire campaign is playing the woman card, calling Republican voters, Trump, "Obama Boys", "Bernie Bros" sexist etc.
