Here is the problem with IQ: It only measures intellectual reasoning within the closed space of a free environment away from the strings of confirmation bias or intellectual integrity. This may be a good suggestion of intellectual POTENTIAL, however that potential runs into various issues once a controlled test environment is switched for real world logistics and the multitude of unstable variables that tend to come with "reality".
For instance, lets say subject A has an IQ of 130 and subject B has an IQ of 100. They are both given a reasoning test to solve Y problem for X or Z. Subject A is able to answer correctly and subject B fails. But once taken out of the controlled environment, both subjects are then given the same problem with one key difference: Z is switched for a political dogma which subject A holds strong ( yet delusional ) beliefs in, while subject B could care less. The result in the real world thus ends up with subject B still getting it mostly wrong, but subject A getting the answer completely 100% wrong due to being unable to accept the answer. This is BASIC STATISTICS for fucks sake. All the errors you can appeal to for an individual scoring do not apply when the IQ scores are measured in aggregate.

We DO know that socioeconomics doesn't track 1:1 with IQ, which means a majority of the "muh poverty" cries from people who hate IQ scores is pointless.
Having access to education and (even more) information is going to be important. Socioeconomics plays into that. But there's an inherent ability potential that seems to be genetic and fixed.

I give legit IQ tests on a regular basis. In my several years of doing so I have only ever tested one person who's FSIQ was over 125. There are some occasions where one of the cognitive processes is over 130 though. It's usually processing speed or working memory. Most of the time people are 100-100 across the board.

I think it's a really useless at an individual level unless you're retarded and should only be applied to large populations in order to detect trends that account for confounding variables. The "right side of history".
The western world is ignorant because it has believed itself to be on top, and thus it has led to it's peoples careless nature and lack of skepticism.
Decadence.
They are so careless, they believe whatever the globalists spout out through outlets which once could have truly be trustworthy and never stop and wonder if such outlets are even still reliable as they perceive it to be just as trustworthy as it would have been in the world 110 years prior and it as a cornerstone of what makes the west "superior".
Little do they realize that what they put their trust in is gnawing and decaying the very thing which what they call "superior" and they ignorantly approve of these gnawings and growing decays because it's dressed up as steel and soldering.
The west will fall due to it's ignorance within its masses.
