OP you won't "find" one. They are very few and far between.
You need to do what I did and build one up. Find a girl with more conservative beliefs, there's still plenty of them.
Slowly, and I'm talking over the course of 2-3 years, engage in logical discussion about immigration, religion, racial issues, etc. Use science and not emotion.
If you do this slow enough the transition will not be very noticeable but it will happen. And you will both be more compatible and happy.
