I'm having severe network difficulties at the moment and I'm spending 95% of my time trying to work around an intermittent connection issue having to do with the quality of service in my rural area and oversubscription on infrastructure with limited capacity. AT&T refuses to invest in infrastructure but they'll sure as hell take the money from customers to degrade the service for everyone they cram into the network over old, long distance copper lines susceptible to interference anyway, and then tell us that we should be satisfied with having hardly any service at all.
