I don't see what's wrong with what Trump is saying. The jury selection process ensures that a jury will be unbiased in a trial by jury. A lack of bias on the part of the judges is one of the most important aspects of the American justice system. There is no "setting aside biases", even Supreme Court justices are expected to abstain should they have any potential biases. Why then should we allow this judge to decide the case?
