I am a huge Bernie supporter and I recently found out my wife's son is a Trump supporter. It boggles my mind how he does not realize that Trump is a racist bigot. He is half African-American/half Caucasian and he should at least consider a candidate that has openly said 'Black Lives Matter. Both me and my wife are Caucasian and talking about racial matters with him is a daunting task for me. I've asked my wife to talk to him about Bernie but she is a very busy individual. She takes business trips to Harlem and Detroit frequently. I've talked to him about Bernie's policies quite a few times before but he still hasn't changed his mind about Trump. These conversations about Bernie never end well. I usually end up storming out of his room and punishing him. For example last week he texted me asking me to come pick him up from school. I was still angry from the conversation which took place the night before and I texted him back saying "PIGS IN A BLANKET. FRY'EM LIKE BACON". (But no worries. The African American man that gives my wife private wrestling and breathing lessons gave him a ride home. My wife's son sometimes call him dad. Must be an inside joke). Since my wife is a very busy person, we don't have the time to have sexual intercourse. In fact we haven't had sex in a few years. But I recently found out that my wife has gotten pregnant. So I am now a huge believer in miracles. My wife told me that due to a genetic condition the baby will have extra melanin in his skin. That said, I do not want her older son influencing the baby in anyway. So how can I convince my wife's son to vote for Bernie? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
