There is no reason she wouldn't be indicted, except corruption in the current administration, so in other words its highly unlikely she'll be indicted during the race. Trump is most likely going to win anyway, though, so chances are good she'll be indicted later, along with AG Lynch and probably some others involved in protecting her from the legal consequences of her actions.
