what do u know about politics in Spain?
Here we've been almost 200 days without government and we're having a second round in 20 days
The candidates are Mariano Rajoy (Partido Popular, the actual president), Pedro Sánchez (PSOE), Albert Rivera (Ciudadanos) and Pablo Iglesias (Unidos Podemos).
Whom you prefer?

>>76308014
None of those 4 candidates is good enough.
>200 days without government
B-b-but how will people feed themselves? WHO WILL BUILD THE ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOADS
>>76308014
Didnt PSOE get the most votes? Couldnt they have formed government with Podemos? why didn't Rajoy step down?
>>76308345
No. Podemos+PSOE=44.7% and PP+C's=42.6%
>>76308564
ohhh, so basically no party was able to form a coalition? all I remember was that Podemos basically annihilated all the other left parties and PP lost its majority.

Yeah basically.
I think it goes like this:
PP want Ciudadanos. PSOE only wants Podemos without Catalonia referendum. Podemos only want PSOE but with Catalonia referendum. Ciudadanos want everyone but Podemos.
But spanish posters can clarify that
yes, Podemos wants to agree with PSOE but it seems that PSOE has suddenly turned right
yes, its basically like this
>>76308014
Essentially nothing
What do these parties represent?
PP: right
Ciudadanos: right-centre
PSOE: centre but they say they're left
Unidos Podemos: social democracy (they want Spain to look like Sweeden and they're said they're communists)

So we want to keep the current PP in Power? How's he right
>>76308014
Just moved to Spain from Amsterdam. It just seems very confusing and corrupt to me. Sad because Spain is a GREAT country.
what?
who wants to keep PP in power?
btw
PP is the traditional Republican party
PSOE is the traditional democratic party
Unidos Podemos is a bit more progressive than Bernie Sanders
